County Attorney
The County Attorney’s office is the official legal center for Mineral County.
The office handles all legal issues relating to the county. The office assists
in the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases occurring within the county,
provides advice to county departments, performs legal research, and assists in
extradition requests.
The office offers a free Notary service.
