Serving the Mineral County Justice Court, Courts of Alberton City Court and Superior City Court for criminal, misdemeanor, felony initial appearances & traffic.

Schedule

Hours of operation are 8am to 5pm.

General appearances Mondays, 2pm to 4:30pm, Thursdays 9am to 11am
Omnibus hearings Tuesdays 10am for Justice Court.
Civil proceedings, Wednesdays as scheduled.

Night court for Alberton is the 4th Tuesday at 6pm and is held at 607 Railroad Ave, Alberton MT 59820
